That move from Decatur in 2009 to St. Louis was my first big jump into the life I have now. I started college at Webster University playing basketball. But I wanted and needed more. So I transferred to University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL) and it was the best decision I made. I got the chance to see the real STL. Club Europe, Aqua Bar, D9 parties, etc. I got to see some of the greatest creatives to touch earth Made Monarchs! You had to be there. Being around them and 227 and my bestfriend group pushed me to highs and success that I dreamed of. Before I left St. Louis I accomplished so many things that weren’t on my list to do but God made the provisions. Decatur definitely raised me but St. Louis made me into the man I am now. 
 
So these shoes I created are dedicated to Saint Louis. I called them the second cities of course because this is the second place I lived. But this is my second home. And I appreciate all the friendships and opportunities I’ve been able to gain by being faithful to myself and the people who I serve. #WeJustLivin
